At Gemini Consulting we don’t believe in that saying because if you have the right cost structure, product mix, staffing, & marketing you can be successful. Anyone can come in and tell you what your doing wrong, but as I have told my teams in the past “come with a solution, not just a problem.” We approach our clients’ business opportunities in the same manner by developing a solutions based business strategy. We first have to identify the ultimate goal for our clients and then focus our strategy to achieve that end game. The wine business can be nebulous and cutting through the “noise” is the key to building a solid foundation. Oftentimes our clients try to do too much and by spreading resources thin, the business and investments are put at risk. In order to gain clarity, sometimes the most important and difficult decision our clients have to make is deciding what NOT to do.
